We build professional tools for people who make software for a living.

The company

Halioc, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware in 2026 and is based in Nashville, Tennessee. The founding team has spent the past two decades in security engineering, product development, and applied research, building software and running teams at firms practitioners already know.

We keep the company deliberately small. Every person here builds, and the distance between a user writing to us and the person who can fix their problem is one email.

Current work

Our first product is in private testing with a small group of early users. We are quiet about the details on purpose while the work gets finished.

What we will say now: it is a tool for working developers, it is built to respect the machine it runs on, and it explains itself in plain language. When there is something worth showing, this page is where it will be announced.
